We moved into a Foxwoods Condominium four years ago. It was the best move my husband and I ever made. Going from a ranch type home in Wisconsin and moving into a condo in Oak Lawn, was a drastic change. But, after a short time, putting our personal touches into the condo, and meeting all of our fantastic neighbors, we knew this is where we belonged.

Location, location, location. Everything is reasonably close - our doctor, dentist, several malls, plus grocery stores and churches.

For the first year, any small grievances were quickly resolved, with a phone call to the office. Small repairs or corrections were easily handled by Dremco.

After we have been out for the day, and pull into the garage – when we exit the elevator – when we open the door and enter our condo – we feel a “glow”. We are home.

I have lived in my Foxwoods condo for over four (4) years. One of the many features I love about my condo is that it feels more like a home than an apartment. It has a very comfortable feel and the layout is perfect.

The eat-in kitchen is light and airy and has plenty of counter space and cabinets. The formal dining encourages dinner parties for family and friends.

I love my master bedroom with its large bathroom and walk-in-closet. I have turned my second bedroom into an office/TV room and enjoy having this special room.

The people in my building have become not only neighbors but also friends. The couple across the hall deliver our newspapers to each door every morning. I have also joined some ladies in my building who (when the weather is nice) have started a walking group.

Foxwoods is centrally located and you are so close to everything that you do not need to be in your car for long periods to shop. My family is less than fifteen (15) minutes away and I can visit them often. They are also happy that their mom lives in a secure building that has each unit equipped with sprinklers and smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.

I have recommended Foxwoods to friends, and they have also purchased a unit.

When I decided to move from my North side Chicago bungalow to Oak Lawn, I looked at several condominiums.

When I walked into the Foxwoods model, with its large eat-in kitchen, lots of cabinets and pantry space, I was favorably impressed.

I enjoy entertaining in the large living – dining room area and I am pleased that I can use all my dining room furniture, including the china cabinet and buffet.

All of the rooms are large and the floor plan flows nicely making entertaining a pleasure. The ceilings are high, and this year I purchased a 7 ½’ Christmas tree – the largest I ever had.

I especially enjoy the large windows that let in lots of light even on a gloomy day. Because there are only four units per floor, the long halls, that feel like a hotel in some other condos, are eliminated.

In addition, having the walk-in utility room with the washer and dryer in the unit is a plus for me, and the storage unit at the end of the balcony is also very convenient.

The unit has two large bedrooms and two full baths and good closet space. I have plenty of room for my out-of-town visitors.

I am very happy living in my Foxwoods Condominium. It’s a lovely home!

I’m very happy with my townhome. When I started searching for a townhome, I wanted a place that made me feel like I was still in a single-family home. When I saw the models of the Mistee Ridge townhomes, I knew I had found the right place.

Moving from a single-family home to a townhome meant I had a lot of furniture to fit in the townhome. All of the rooms were good size and it even had a dining room to put my dining room furniture in – something a lot of townhomes don’t have. I love the two story ceiling in the great room and all the windows make it light and cheery. The master bedroom on the first floor is another plus.

As far as location, I’m close to the shopping mall, great restaurants, the movie theater and Lifetime Fitness Center. Anything I need is within five to ten minutes away. Orland Park also has great schools, parks and golf courses.

I’m very happy I bought a townhome at Mistee Ridge in Orland Park!

We are so happy to be owners of our Mistee Ridge Townhome! The work was all done in a timely manner and very professionally. We were very nervous going into the purchase, as we had heard horror stories from our friends about their builders.

We had no surprises, and right from the get-go, have been very pleased. The park-like setting, the quality of workmanship, and the spacious layout has our friends extremely jealous. Our first home was very painless and most enjoyable. We love our new home!

I have recently purchased a FoxWoods condominium in Oak Lawn and have been asked to tell you what I think of it. Well – I’m delighted with it!!

The windows open to light and seem to bring the springtime inside. The placement of the rooms is functional, separating the “private” rooms from those in which I like to have social activities. There is space in the kitchen for a comfy table and chairs where I can have “coffee and” with my friends – and there’s a dining room, which I need when the family comes to visit.

All in all – the decision to move to THIS two-bedroom condo was one of the happiest I have ever made!
